We’re seeking child safety and disability support workers in Brisbane and Moreton Bay, with part-time and casual options.

Qualification Eligibility

The Minimum Qualification Standards (MQS) for all residential care staff and their direct supervisors working in Queensland (QLD) took full effect on 1 January 2019.

We’re Looking For:
 

  • Resilient, caring and passionate about providing quality care

  • Flexible to work over a 24/7 roster

  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to apply these to case management

  • Committed to training and continuous development with a desire to Thrive

  • Hold, or be willing to enrol in an industry-standard course and work towards achieving a minimum Cert IV formal qualification

  • Eligible to work in Australia.

  • Hold a current driver’s licence and are eligible to obtain an LCS check, blue card and yellow card

  • Computer literate

  • A Can-Do Attitude
