It takes a village to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where everyone can live their best life and that’s what we do every day.
But, we can’t do it alone. Our incredible team is at the hear of what we do, providing essential NDIS services and supports for children and young people in Out-of-Home Care.
At Thrive House, we’re growing a passionate team of part-time support workers (minimum 60 hours per fortnight) across North Brisbane, Moreton Bay region, and Sunshine Coast.
In this role, you’ll be part of a caring and supportive environment where every day is an opportunity to make a real impact. By providing trauma-informed care and using positive behaviour support, you’ll help young people build life skills, strengthen confidence, and reach their personal goals.
These roles are varied and rewarding, with opportunities to work across a 24/7 roster including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you grow your skills and make meaningful connections.
If you’re ready to join a team that celebrates progress, embraces challenges, and empowers young people to shine, we’d love to hear from you.
If you’re ready to be part of a team that believes in the power of community and compassion, Thrive House is the place for you.
We value team members from diverse backgrounds for more than just their skills and experience, we value their unique perspectives and passions. What motivates you, the experiences that shape your approach to helping others and the difference you aspire to make.
It’s time to apply! All of our available positions are listed on SEEK, and our social pages are regularly updated with new opportunities.
If you’re a potential match, we’ll connect with you through various steps in our interview process, which may include: virtual or in-person interview, reference checks and any other processes needed.
We acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of the Gubbi Gubbi land on which our company is located, and pay our respects to the ancestors and elders past, present and emerging.
