At Thrive House, our Community Hub has been a place of connection, growth, and shared experiences for many participants, families, and carers. Today, we want to share an important update about the future of these programs.
Closure of Our NDIS Day Program
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our NDIS Day Program, effective 30 April. As part of this change, our holiday programs and social nights will also conclude at the end of the month.
We understand that these programs have provided meaningful opportunities for connection, skill-building, and enjoyment. This decision has not been made lightly and reflects a broader period of transition and refocus within our service delivery.

We would like to sincerely thank every participant, family member, carer, and partner organisation who has been part of our Community Hub journey.
It has been a privilege to support individuals in reaching their goals, building relationships, and creating lasting memories. Your trust and collaboration have shaped what this program has become, and we are truly grateful for the moments we’ve shared together.
Continuing to Support You
While the Day Program is coming to a close, our commitment to supporting individuals and families remains unchanged.
Thrive House continues to provide:
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Support Coordination
We welcome referrals and are here to support participants as they transition to new opportunities or continue their journey with us through other services.
