The Community Hub is excited to introduce our NEW NDIS School Holiday Program designed specifically for adults aged 18+. Due to growing interest and demand, we are now offering a separate holiday program for adult participants who would love to access the Community Hub during the school holidays and take part in our planned activities.
Our adult holiday program provides a welcoming and supportive space where participants can connect with others, try new experiences, and enjoy meaningful community activities. Just like our youth program, the focus is on building confidence, social connection, and independence while having plenty of fun along the way.
Participants can look forward to a variety of engaging and inclusive activities, both at the Community Hub and out in the community. Activities may include creative workshops, community outings, cooking sessions, games, and skill-building experiences designed to encourage participation and enjoyment.
By creating a dedicated program for adults, we are ensuring that participants can enjoy activities tailored to their interests and needs, while still benefiting from the vibrant and supportive environment the Community Hub is known for.
Bookings are now open, and places may be limited for some activities. We encourage participants and support teams to secure their spots early.
