Thrive House Achieves IPaM Program Certification

We’re excited to announce a major milestone in our journey towards continuous improvement and workplace wellbeing, Thrive House has successfully completed the Injury Prevention and Management (IPaM) Program!.

The IPaM Program is a joint initiative delivered by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ) and WorkCover Queensland, designed to help Queensland businesses develop long-term strategies that enhance workplace health, safety, and injury management practices. This achievement reflects our commitment to creating a safer, healthier, and more supportive work environment, not just for our team, but for the people we walk alongside every day

Through this program, we’ve strengthened our internal systems, built greater awareness, and taken practical steps to reduce risk and promote wellbeing across all levels of our organisation. Whether it’s supporting our staff through injury prevention or ensuring responsive injury management systems are in place, we’ve laid a strong foundation for safer, smarter operations into the future.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Michael Torney, our WHS Manager, and his team, whose leadership and dedication guided Thrive House through this process with care, clarity, and professionalism. Your work makes a difference — and this milestone is proof.

Strength in support to inspire your future
