With the program, you can now receive a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention at no cost, our governing bodies preferred minimum qualification to become a support worker.


As a member of our team, you'll have the support and guidance of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping you grow both personally and professionally. All that is required to utilise the fee free program is that you are:

  • an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident (including humanitarian entrants), or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency

  • a Queensland resident

  • no longer at school

  • not currently enrolled in training
